Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Care is available via telehealth in both Washington and Colorado, with limited in-person availability in Washington.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Do you accept insurance plans?

Yes. I am in-network with many insurance plans. Please contact my intake team for support confirming if your plan is accepted.

Where can I be located for telehealth visits?

You must be physically located in Washington or Colorado at the time of your appointment, depending on where you are established as a patient. If you are outside these states during your scheduled session, I cannot provide care and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

What conditions do you treat?

My practice focuses on ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, trauma and PTSD, stress, and related concerns.

What should I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, we will discuss your concerns, medical history, and develop a personalized treatment plan together.

Who will I see for my appointment?

You will see me, Marlen Lukatsky, PMHNP-BC. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and affirming environment for all individuals - including members of the LGBTQ+ community and people from all backgrounds.

My practice focuses on conditions that are safe and effective to manage in an outpatient telehealth setting. For that reason, there are some services I do not offer in my practice. These include:

  • Treatment for eating disorders

  • Care for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Ongoing treatment for substance use disorders or prescriptions for MAT (such as naltrexone or Vivitrol)

  • Care for individuals experiencing active, recent, or ongoing suicidal ideation, recent self-harm, or recent psychiatric hospitalization

  • Long-term benzodiazepine prescribing or medical detoxification

  • Court, disability, or L&I documentation (including emotional support animal letters)

  • Learning disorder testing or neuropsychological assessments

Do you provide all types of psychiatric care?
Do you offer private pay?

Yes. Private pay is available if you are uninsured or prefer not to use insurance. My private pay rates are set directly through my practice. Please contact me or the Mindful Therapy Group intake team for current pricing information.
