I’m Marlen Lukatsky, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), licensed in Washington and Colorado. I provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and supportive therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, and a straightforward, collaborative style.
At the heart of my work is trust. I believe the most effective care begins with truly listening and understanding each person’s story, values, and goals. Together, we develop a personalized plan that not only addresses symptoms but supports resilience, balance, and long-term well-being.

I provide psychiatric care primarily through telehealth, serving patients in both Washington and Colorado.
Limited in-person availability may be offered by appointment. My schedule is structured by state to ensure consistent and accessible care.
